The Ignite Intensive runs in person over five consecutive days, blending structured group workshops, individual leadership diagnostics, and reflective practice:

• Pre course: Apply to our open, public Ignite™️ Intensive courses as an individual leader or book an in-house Ignite™️ Intensive for your organisation. Once accepted onto the course, receive our pre-course welcome call, information pack and login.

• Day 1 – Spark: Conduct individual Resilient Leadership Assessment® for immediate feedback. Clarify your leadership identity and your leadership goal.

• Day 2 – Foundation: Identify your strengths and areas for growth.

• Day 3 – Presence: Focus on ‘who you are’ as a leader; your awareness and leadership presence, so you can motivate yourself and others in a purposeful way.

• Day 4 – Action: Explore your clarity of direction and your decision making so you know how to get results and make timely, impactful decisions.

• Day 5 – Strategise: Get your own leadership strategy clear with an individualised action plan for continued personal and professional growth.

• 1 -2-1 coaching session with our expert leadership consultant.

• Award ceremony and networking (option to invite guests).
