The Ignite Programme is our 4 month, flagship women’s leadership programme, uniquely combining deep self-insight with structured development to cultivate confident, resilient, and strategic female leaders.
We use the globally recognised Resilient Leaders Elements® (RLE) framework — a dynamic blend of leadership science and human insight — to generate quantifiable leadership growth. The RLE uniquely focuses not just on 'What I am' as a leader, but importantly 'Who I am' to create long term leadership resilience and authenticity. Each participant receives tailored feedback, goal setting tools, and a proven roadmap for building lasting resilience and strategic leadership presence.
Delivered through world-class workshops, 1:1 coaching, and bespoke development data, the Ignite Programme combines a global standard with local UAE relevance.
